We know our capsules work. That's why we provide our money-back guarantee for up to 3 tubs. They can be bought through subscription, individually or in a bundle.

If you're not seeing any improvements by the end of your second bottle, email us at skincare@porefavor.com for help and advice. Not seen any change by the end of your 3rd bottle? Email us and we can help you get the money back on the capsules you've bought. Easy.

Terms

Guarantee refunds are up to a maximum of 3 bottles. You must take the capsules for a minimum length of 3 bottles. If your bottles are bought within a bundle, these are valued at £80. You must claim within 90-100 days from your first purchase. We will ask you to send your empty bottles back to us to claim the guarantee so please keep hold of your used bottles.

All conditions of the guarantee are subject to change and is offered on behalf of Pore Favor on good faith. The guarantee can be cancelled by an agent without approval of the buyer and Pore Favor withholds the right to cancel any guarantee at any time without question or approval.
