We know our capsules work. That's why we provide our money-back guarantee on 3 month supplies. They can be bought through subscription, individually or in a bundle.

If you're not seeing any improvements by the end of your second bottle, email us at skincare@porefavor.com for help and advice. Not seen any change by the end of your 3rd bottle? Email us and we can help you get the money back on the capsules you've bought (only after you've finished the 3 bottles!). Easy.

Terms

*You will need to return the glass jar and the empty pouches to receive the refund - please do not dispose of the glass jar or the empty pouches.*

You'll receive a reusable glass storage jar with your first order, do not dispose of this jar after the first month. Every month thereafter you'll receive a convenient pouch through your letterbox. 

We require the glass jar and pouches be returned to us to prevent unauthorised resale and to safeguard the integrity of our supplement. Without receiving these items we cannot issue a refund. 

We do not reuse the jars after they're returned to us and recycle them at a local facility. 

We will provide you with a shipping label. We charge a £6 processing fee which will be subtracted from your refund total. 

You must use 2 capsules per day for 90 days - this minimum period is essential, because treating the root cause can sometimes take time. You must submit your claim within 10 days after that 90 day period. Refunds are the full amount paid for the bottles.
