Free next-day UK delivery:

Order before 9pm Mon-Fri, and 4 pm on weekends for free next-day delivery.**
**Next-day delivery is subject to bank holidays, peak sales, and courier area. UK Mainland only.

International delivery:
Postage to all European and International Countries costs £7.50. Delivery timetables are country-dependent and can take 2-9 working days. We are committed to using a tracked premium carrier for all international deliveries such as DPD.

Tracking my order:
All orders are sent fully tracked. You'll receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Things to know:
We’re unable to change the address your order is being sent to, so make sure you double-check the delivery address on the order confirmation page before placing it.

This returns policy is separate from the money-back guarantee policy.

You can return your order to us within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is unopened. You can choose to return using our Royal Mail service for £2.50, or for free when sent using your own postal service. To open a return, please email us at operations@porefavor.com.
