We ship to UK and EU customers from Bristol, UK

Free UK shipping takes 3-5 days, or our premium shipping option will take 1-2 days.

All EU orders are sent with a premium courier but we cannot provide a time estimate. A delivery date will be determined by the operator once your order has been sent off.

Standard delivery is free for UK customers, you can upgrade to premium 24hr tracked delivery for £4.99 extra.

We send out parcels in boxes. UK customers will need to be in to accept delivery first time or after a failed delivery can organise to leave in a safe space or with a neigbour using the Royal Mail app

If your bottle has not turned up, please check your tracking data first. It may be that a delivery attempt has been made but not registered yet. If your tracking does not show any information, this means that it has not been delivered yet. For premium delivery please allow 3 days, and 7 days for standard delivery. If after this time you have not received your item/s, please get in touch with us and we can help you: skincare@porefavor.com

Royal Mail tracking only show updates after they have attempted a delivery. If your tracking doesn't show any details this means a delivery attempt has not yet been made. If there are no updates after 3 days for premium shipping or 7 days for standard delivery, please get in touch with us: skincare@porefavor.com

Returns

Unfortunately at this stage we cannot provide paid-for returns. All returns will need to paid for by yourself, but you may use any courier that you like.

Returns can only be made for sealed products - once opened we cannot accept any item back. Returns must be organised within 14 days of delivery of your item/s. We withhold the right to not accept returns of damaged, open or returns made after 14 days of delivery. To arrange a return simply email us: skincare@porefavor.com

The Money Back Guarantee allows you to try The Skincare Supplement for 3 full months. If you don't think your skin has improved by the end of 3 months you can get in touch with us to organise a return of your bottles - due to licencing and health and safety laws, we can only refund bottles returned to us so please keep your bottles to send back to us in case you want to use the guarantee. Please contact us if you have not seen results but would like to continue using the bottles to see whether we can extend your guarantee further to more bottles.

Please note that we charge a £5 fee for processing and service costs, this will be deducted from the money refunded to you and is not needed before any payment made to you.

Refunds

Refunds are paid on to the same card used for payment. We do this through our 3rd party secure systems and we are unable to see your card details so please ensure you have the same card as you used for payment before organising your return

If you have changed your card between making payment and organising a refund, please let us know before organising the refund so we can help move this over. Returns to a different card to the ones used in payment will unfortunately slow down refunds so please allow extra time for the money to enter your account.

Supplement

Our supplement tackles the hormonal root cause of bad skin and almost all this can be classified as hormonal. But, to be sure, we also include several other ingredients to tackle skin problems at the surface of the skin too which is why we refer to it as a ‘full spectrum solution’. We’re extremely confident that our supplement will make an impact on all cases of common skin problems which is why we provide a money back guarantee. 

No - eventually your body will reach a point at which it is able to maintain a positive internal balance itself and stop producing too much sebum. We recommend using the capsules for as long as you feel comfortable to ensure the best results and lasting changes, but this is as much your own decision.

Some people experience dramatic improvements very quickly and in just the first 2-3 weeks, whereas for some people it can take 8-12 weeks - it really varies person to person and on the severity of your skin. You should always take the capsules just after finishing a meal. We recommend having two capsules just after you finish your first meal, but you can take them whenever you would like to. We recommend staying consistent to the same meal each day.

Do not worry if you miss a day or two here and there. Do not take extra capsules to try catch up on missed doses and keep consistent with your routine to achieve best results.

Our formula is effective for all skin types. If, however, you are under the age of 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a medical condition, or are taking medications, please consult with your Doctor beforehand.

The most common side effect of the capsules is purging. Purging is when sebum is pushed out from hair follicles to the surface which can cause outbreaks. This is most commonly no more than what you would find normally, and is actually a great sign that the capsules are working as intended and are making a change to your body. For some this only lasts a short amount of time, for others this is longer but if this lasts longer than 3 weeks, then get in touch with us and we can help you out.

Uncommon side effects include headaches and stomach aches. These are best helped through proper taking of the capsules, just after you finish a meal.

Unfortunately the vitamins you need and are recommended to have are very different whilst pregnant so you should not use the capsules whilst pregnant. If you are attempting to get pregnant then we recommend not taking the capsules for your best safety.
