We offer free standard postage on every UK order! 84% of orders will be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch on a fully tracked service when you order before 7pm.
Or opt for our Eco service for just £1 which takes 2-4 days.
Want your order the next day? Simply order before 7pm Sun-Fri you are eligible for next-day service absolutely free! (excl. bank and national holidays)
When you place an order before 7pm Sun-Fri we’ll post it that same day. Orders placed after 7pm, or on Saturdays, will be sent the following day.
Postage to all European and International Countries costs £7.50. Delivery timetables are country dependent and can take up to 9 working days. We are committed to using a tracked premium carrier for all international deliveries such as DPD.

Returns:
This returns policy is separate from the money-back-guarantee policy.
You can return your order to us within 14 days of purchase, provided that the safety seal (the plastic around the lid of the bottle) is still intact. To do so, please email us at skincare@porefavor.com.
The postage costs for returning the bottles are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
